Anthony Onesto as Principal, AI + People Solutions

TAMPA, FL – livingHR, The Work Agency®, today announced the appointment of Anthony Onesto as Principal, AI & People Solutions. Onesto joins livingHR as a senior practitioner and thought partner, working directly with clients at the intersection of artificial intelligence and human-centered people strategy.

A multi-time Chief People Officer and one of the earliest practitioners to apply AI to the people function, Onesto has led HR at organizations including Suzy, FreshDirect, and Razorfish, and has advised major HR tech platforms including ADP and Lattice. As VP Platform and Product Marketing at 15five he found himself at the intersection of people and technology, but this time on the product side. He is also the author of The New Employee Contract: How to Find, Keep, and Elevate Gen Z Talent, AI in HR today, and a founding member of CPOHQ, a network of more than 2,000 chief people officers.

“Anthony brings what almost no one has yet: years of real experience on both the tech and people sides of AI. He simplifies the complex, creates value responsibly, and holds ethical standards as non-negotiable. He is one of the few doing this right, and it is an honor to add him to our executive team for the benefit of our people and our clients.”

- Keri Higgins-Bigelow, Founder & CEO, livingHR

In his role at livingHR, Onesto will serve as a senior leader within the firm’s AI-People Solutions practice, helping organizations build the people foundation that makes AI transformation impactful. From AI-People readiness assessments and organization design to workflow optimization and learning integration, he will partner with clients to develop strategies that are both technologically forward and deeply human.

“I've been at the intersection of people and AI long enough to know the technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is the human side, and livingHR has been doing that work for over 15 years. Getting to bring AI fluency into that mix is the thing I've been building toward.”

- Anthony Onesto, Principal, AI & People Solutions, livingHR
