She most recently served as CHRO at Nordstrom and has held senior people leadership roles at AOL Time Warner, Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, and ExxonMobil, guiding organizations through growth, mergers, cultural transformations, crises, and post-crisis rebuilds. She is also the creator of the A.N.C.H.O.R.™ framework, a proprietary tool for grounded adaptability that helps leaders and teams navigate uncertainty with clarity and confidence.

In her role, Redwine will serve as a hands-on strategic partner to livingHR’s internal team and its clients, partnering with CEOs, CHROs, and senior teams navigating growth, transition, and the realities of modern leadership. Her work focuses on leadership, organizational design, and workforce strategy, partnering with organizations to align people, performance, and purpose. She works alongside leaders to build cultures and systems that perform, endure through change, and hold under pressure. She will also contribute as a keynote speaker and thought leader on national stages, advancing the conversation around the evolving people function and the future of humanized work.
