Standing Against Hate

In the face of human suffering, our unwavering support extends to all affected by the current war, a conflict whose impact is truly devastating. The magnitude of this war's potential lasting effects is nothing short of terrifying. We cannot fathom the pain of our Jewish colleagues and community and the innocent Palestinians caught in the crossfire.

Witnessing this recurring tragedy affecting Israel, Palestine, and neighboring countries is profoundly heartbreaking. It's a multifaceted issue not limited to one side. For our Jewish, Muslim, Palestinian, Israeli, Arabic, and Middle Eastern friends, our hearts weigh heavy.

We also acknowledge the sacrifices made by our military and allies and all those serving to protect the innocent from hate. Their dedication and bravery in the face of such adversity deserve the utmost respect and gratitude.

We recognize the heightened fear and anxiety our colleagues may be experiencing amidst this chaos. Ensuring their safety during these threats is paramount. We stand committed to providing a secure environment and understanding the unique challenges our team may be facing during this time.

This moment is yet another chapter in history demanding action from allies and advocates. To contribute meaningfully, we've made donations on behalf of livingHR to the Anti-Defamation League and Jewish Community Federation. In the absence of a clear roadmap for action, it's a step we can take to express solidarity.

The world may not pause for such crises. Still, our shared responsibility is to engage with the tools we have, finding ways to contribute to a better, more humane world, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges.
